Highly driven and with over 18 years’ experience in creating digital first, user-led experiences, his work has been recognised with a slew of international awards, including Cannes Lion, Yellow D&AD Pencil, Spikes Asia, Webbys and multiple One Show awards. Frank has a proven track record in building, leading and mentoring creative teams in a competitive and fast-paced environment.​

Frank believes creativity should be used to enrich and enhance people lives, not get in the way. This means brands need to be present where customers are, be useful with how people interact and be relevant to how humans think and behave. For Frank, this means creativity should be digital-first, ensuring brands have a meaningful and relevant role in today's connected world.​

When not creating experiences that make a difference in peoples lives, Frank can be found tinkering with cars in the garage, or racing them around the local racetrack.
