Challenge
Coles feedback customer insights to MLA that red Meat sales were in large decline. A key insight they shared was that people don’t know how to cook red meat and needed inspiration.
Idea
A digital product that customers can access to help them plan meals and understand meal variety better. The experience uses Coles online purchase behaviour and flybuys data to personalise content and API technology to draw recipes from coles.com.au
